- Houston, TX - The Kinkaid School is seeking an EXPERIENCED cheerleading coach for the 2011-2012 school year. The junior varsity coach is responsible for developing and directing jv practices, coaching jv games, choreographing routines for half-time performances, and preparing the squad for one fall competition. In addition to coaching during the fall season, candidates should be available to help with tryouts in April, hold pre-camp practices, and attend camp in early June. Prefer someone with experience in power tumbling also. Will be working with athletes from 3-17 years old. - Medford, MA - Tufts University Cheerleading is seeking a coach for the 2010-11 academic year. Prior cheerleading or gymnastics experience is a must; experience coaching is a plus. Position will involve supervising two or more evening practices per week, as well as attending home football and basketball games on evenings and weekends. The coach will work with the co-captains to choreograph routines and coordinate practices and events with the Tufts Athletics Department. This is a part-time, paid position with Tufts Athletics.
